Store Manager:
Responsibilities include
- Create long term relationships by providing a customer experience beyond expectations.
- Repair and maintain all brands of bicycles and related products.
- Manage events and all ongoing promotions.
- Manage store inventory and special order items as needed for service repairs and sales.
- Keep accurate inventory by completing weekly cycle counts.
- Complete warranty claims with vendors and customers as needed.
- Promote store branding through social media.
- Maintain website content and keep current.
Compensation includes
- $16 - $20 an hour based upon experience.
- 2 weeks paid vacation time to help promote riding, racing or just time with family.
- Eligible to participate in the company health care plan.
- Eligible for all shop discounts and industry incentives.
Service Technician:
Responsibilities include
- Complete bike repairs in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep detailed, accurate records of repairs using the shop POS system.
- Maintain prompt, clear, and consistent communication with all customers.
- Responsible for maintaining well-stocked and organized repair tools and other supplies
- Promote store branding through social media.
Compensation includes
- $14 - $16 an hour based upon experience.
- 1 weeks paid vacation time to help promote riding, racing or just time with family.
